French fashion house Chloe has announced the departure of its creative director, Gabriela Hearst, following three years of noteworthy service. The upcoming women's wear collection to be unveiled on September 28 during Paris Fashion Week will mark Hearst's finale for the brand.

Hailing from Uruguay, Hearst has built a notable reputation in the world of high-fashion women’s ready-to-wear and accessories. In 2015, she established her eponymous luxury brand in New York and then transitioned to Chloe in December 2020.

“Gabriela has brought great energy and a dynamic creative vision to her role at Chloe, contributing to a period of significant progress for the business, and writing a powerful new chapter in the story of our maison. I would like to warmly thank her for bringing so much of herself to this mission—her passion, drive and values, and for her unwavering commitment to supporting the Maison’s meaningful progression in shaping a more responsible future, true to the legacy of our founder,” Riccardo Bellini, president and CEO of Chloe, said in a press release.

Hearst’s tenure at Chloe has been marked by significant growth and an impactful transformation of the brand. She played a crucial role in transitioning Chloe, steering the brand towards a phase of consistent expansion.
