In describing her inspiration for The Style Bungalow for Antonio Melani, Stephanie shares, “Drawing inspiration from some of my beloved vintage items, my Latin heritage, and background as a former ballerina, this capsule collection seamlessly blends raffia and crisp cotton poplin, timeless stripes, delicate florals and voluminous skirts. Intended to transcend seasons, these pieces not only embody my evolution over the past decade as a creator but also represent the items I’ve longed for in my closet.”
Dillard’s Vice President of Merchandising Alexandra Dillard Lucie adds, “Stephanie has exceeded our wildest dreams for this collection! She has artfully drawn upon her remarkable, multi-faceted background and incredible talent to create absolutely stunning pieces. We are tremendously proud of The Style Bungalow for Antonio Melani. It’s a show stopper - and it’s just in time for spring!”
About Stephanie Hill and The Style Bungalow
Stephanie Hill moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in her early 20s to pursue a career as a professional ballerina. She danced professionally for two years until the 2008 recession took its toll on the arts and unexpectedly ended her career. Feeling discouraged, she went back to school at Palm Beach Atlantic University and pursued a career path in communications and public relations. After graduating, Stephanie worked in public relations and quickly discovered the world of blogging and how much it resonated with her. She launched The Style Bungalow in March 2014 as a creative outlet where she shared stories, style secrets, travel tips, inspirations and musings about life – one outfit at a time.
Describing The Style Bungalow’s growth, success and meaningful journey, Stephanie Hill shares, “The Style Bungalow has become a place where I have developed a voice as a fashion blogger and solidified my work as a creative. Most importantly, it has allowed me to blend my day-to-day outfits alongside a powerful message I believe in – to reflect who you are through your personal style. What’s my style? Being Latina, I love embracing the romantic spirit of my Hispanic heritage, the sub-tropical hues of South Florida and bold yet feminine pieces that are classic and timeless.”
