The company also reported excellent performance across its three business lines for Q2 2017. Its multi-brand in-season net revenues went up 19.5 per cent; multi-brand off-season net revenues increased 21.5 per cent and gross merchandise value of online flagship stores (GMV) increased 22.6 per cent.
Net revenues of Yoox Net-A-Porter for the first half of 2017 ended June 30, 2017 was €1 billion on an organic basis, compared with €897 million in the same period last year. First-half adjusted EBITDA of €98 million, up 28.1 per cent compared with €76.5 million in the first half of 2016.
First-half adjusted net income of the group was €38 million compared with €37 million in the first half of 2016 (after €15.6 million of non-cash amortisation related to the Purchase Price Allocation) net of its related tax effect and €6.6 million of non-cash costs relating to incentive plans net of their related tax effects, net income at €20.6 million in the first half of 2017 compared with €18.8 million in the same period of previous year)
