“Also on display was Roica Ecosmart, the Botanicaldye range from Shinnaigai Co. in Japan,” the Japanese fibre producer said in a press release.
“These two Roica families of advanced fit stretch functions, offer unique values of wellbeing and refinement that match modern market needs,” the company added.
Deep from Maglificio Ripa is a truly new dimension range of matt and lively full colour fabrics, with no hint of a white 'grin-through' one used to get from undyed elastomers.
“While, Roica Eco-Smart is a world's first in stretch, designed to confer a more responsible, eco-sensitive function, which either have the Global Recycle Standard or the Hohenstein certification,” it added.
At Première Vision, also on show were new seasons fabrics with the unique Cupro pearly finish on butter soft wovens and newly developed, super-soft, chamois touch jersey structures.
“The varied and versatile styles that Cupro can assume make it the perfect choice for intimates, occasion wear and new athleisure wear, as well as top class linings for tailoring and outerwear,” Asahi Kasei observed.
According to the company, Cupro comes also in full matte finish filament yarns, a new ultra fine micro quality for even finer effects, and the soft luxury of staple spun yarns for refined casual sportswear.
Tessitura Luigi Uboldi presented new Cupro innovations in contemporary fashion woven wear, while Ipeker showed a wide range of forward fashion prints on Cupro plains, batistes, satins and crepon textures. (AR)
