Insights

  • HSW showcased its latest embroidery machines at GTE 2024, featuring improved UI, eight-directional frame movement, and inbuilt high voltage protection.
  • The machines are competitively priced, fully automated, and designed to cater to small-scale manufacturers.
  • HSW's focus on innovation, quality, and customer service received positive feedback at the expo.
HSW (High Seas Worldwide Pvt. Ltd.) presented its latest innovations in embroidery technology, at the recently concluded Garment Technology Expo (GTE) 2024 in Bangalore.

Speaking to Fibre2Fashion, Neeraj Singla, Sales Manager at HSW, highlighted the company’s new machines, which feature an improved user interface and advanced functionality.

“One of the standout features of HSW’s machines is the ability to move frames in eight directions, compared to the four-directional movement offered by competitors,” explained Singla. “Our machines also come with inbuilt high voltage protection, making them safer and more reliable for garment manufacturers,” he added.

Cost-effective solutions

HSW’s machines are competitively priced, offering a balance between affordability and high-quality performance. “We import machines from China, thoroughly test them in our warehouse, and ensure quick delivery to customers. Our medium-range pricing makes the machines accessible to manufacturers looking for cost-effective options,” said Singla.

Automation for ease of use

HSW’s machines are fully automated, requiring users only to upload designs via a USB drive, with the machine handling the rest of the process. “Once the design is complete, the machine stops automatically, saving time and effort for manufacturers,” Singla added.

Adapting to industry trends

Singla noted the growing trend of boutique businesses and home workers adopting HSW’s embroidery machines. “We aim to make embroidery easier for small-scale manufacturers, offering machines with features that cater to their unique needs,” he said.

Challenges and commitment to service

While acknowledging competition from lower-priced local brands, Singla emphasised that HSW differentiates itself by providing superior service. “We focus on delivering the best customer service, which sets us apart from others in the market,” he concluded.

HSW’s latest innovations and commitment to quality were well-received at GTE 2024, positioning the company as a key player in the embroidery machinery sector.
