Manufactured production of unknitted women's or girls' suits and ensembles decreased by 92.2 per cent YoY in May this year, while that of polypropylene synthetic tow and staple fell by 89.4 per cent YoY during the month.
A month-on-month (MoM) decrease in manufactured production was recorded for 304 products in May. Production of unknitted women's or girls' suits and ensembles decreased by 69.1 per cent MoM in the month, while that of polypropylene synthetic tow and staple fell by 67.4 per cent MoM.
Production of woven fabrics of cotton, not of yarns of different colours, weighing more than 200 g/meter square and meant for use in household linen or home furnishing textiles dropped by 52.9 per cent MoM in May.
A YoY increase in production was recorded for 232 products in the first five months this year in Poland, while a YoY decrease was seen for 223 products, an official release said.
Production of protective clothing rose by 63.8 per cent YoY during the five-month period, while that of unknitted women's or girls' suits and ensembles and of artificial staple fibre fell by 62 per cent and 51.9 per cent YoY respectively.
