Picanol crosses 90% statutory threshold of voting rights

Picanol Group, a diversified industrial group, has received a transparency notification on March 31, 2020, indicating that Artela nv, Symphony Mills nv, Luc Tack, Manuco International nv and Patrick Steverlynck were holding 31,594,496 voting rights of the company as at March 16, 2020. Therefore, Picanol has crossed the 90 per cent statutory threshold.
 
The notification included: reason for the notification: passive crossing of a threshold; notification by: persons acting in concert; person(s) subject to the notification requirement: Artela nv, Symphony Mills nv, Luc Tack, Manuco International nv and Patrick Steverlynck; transaction date: March 16, 2020; Crossed threshold: 90 per cent; and denominator: 33,494,060.
