For 20 years, Laury built her career at Kingfisher Plc - an international home improvement company with more than 1,380 stores in eight countries across Europe. Kingfisher operates under several brands such as B&Q, Castorama, Brico Dépôt and more. There Laury held several leadership roles, including trading director for B&Q UK & Ireland, CEO for Castorama France and - most recently - group CEO between 2014 and 2019. Today Laury lives in Le Touquet, France, and she is founder and CEO of WEEEE strategy and coaching.

Olie has more than 30 years of Ikea experience. During that time, he held several store management functions before becoming retail manager for Ikea Norway in 1999 and deputy retail manager for Ikea UK in 2002. Later he was a retail HR manager at Ingka Group before becoming VAPS store manager at Ikea Milton Keynes, UK from 2014-2020. Olie retired from Ikea UK at the end of January. His last assignment was developing, mentoring and coaching future leaders at Ikea UK and Ireland. He lives in the UK.
