In a business reorganisation, aimed at making it easier for merchants to transition to digital retailing, Chinese ecommerce leader Alibaba Group is merging Juhuasuan, its flash sales marketplace with Tmall.com, also its B2C online website. Merging Juhuasuan with Tmall, will meet a need to integrate Alibaba Group services on its retail marketplace.

Alibaba also announced the formation within Tmall of a new marketing division and a merchant operations centre.
