Daphne International Holdings, company primarily engaged in the licensing, distribution and sale of footwear products and accessories in China, has reported a 54 per cent increase in revenue for the first half of fiscal 2024 (H1 FY24), reaching approximately RMB 168.8 million (approximately $23.6 million).
The group’s operating profit also saw a substantial rise, increasing by 67 per cent to approximately RMB 56.7 million, compared to RMB 33.9 million in the same period of the previous year. Profit attributable to shareholders surged by 83 per cent, reaching approximately RMB 56.1 million. Basic earnings per share for the period were reported at RMB 0.028, the company said in a press release.
Daphne International Holdings also reported a solid cash position, with cash and cash equivalents amounting to approximately RMB 410.2 million, a 12 per cent increase compared to the previous year.
