In an exclusive interview with Fibre2Fashion, Mirpuri highlighted the brand’s commitment to environmentally friendly practices, including sourcing leather from tanneries with wastewater detoxification and recycling processes, aiming for zero waste. Aranyani also avoids using exotic leathers and repurposes hides from animals raised for meat. The brand’s London concept store embodies these values, having been built with locally sourced, sustainable materials.
“We recognise that maintaining a sustainable company cannot come at the expense of our employees’ well-being. At Aranyani, we ensure that our craftsmen receive fair wages that are equivalent to European standards,” Mirpuri told F2F.
