Finnish company Ahlstrom's EVP Sophie Haan to Step Down by Jan 2025

Ahlstrom has announced that Sophie Haan, EVP of the protective materials Division, will leave the company in January 2025 to pursue a new career opportunity outside the company.
Haan, who has been with Ahlstrom for several years, played a key role in the company's growth and transformation.
A search for her successor will begin immediately.

Ahlstrom, a global leader in combining fibres into sustainable specialty materials, has announced that Sophie Haan, EVP, protective materials division and member of the executive leadership team has decided to leave the company to pursue a career opportunity. Haan will stay in her current position until the end of January 2025. The process of finding a successor for her will start with immediate effect.

“I would like to thank Haan for her dedication and leadership, which have positively impacted our team and contributed to our growth transformation. I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors,” said Helen Mets, president and CEO of Ahlstrom.
