Project Help Us Give, dedicated to supporting paediatric treatment and rehabilitation, announced that it will honour intimate apparel industry leaders Eurovet and Robert Vitale, CEO and president of Wacoal America at the 63rd annual HUG Award Gala. The HUG Award Gala is an annual fund-raising event which celebrates the everyday heroes at Rusk Rehabilitation and Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone: the doctors, therapists, nurses, staff, and especially the children. In attendance will be apparel industry executives from the retail, manufacturing, and supply sectors. The funds raised will benefit Rusk Rehabilitation’s paediatric programmes and other services at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone. To date, the HUG Award Gala has raised more than $7 million for Rusk Rehabilitation and NYU Langone’s children’s programmes. (GK)
