Indian textile firms Laxmipati Sarees, makers of polyester sarees and dress materials, and Ganga Fashions Pvt. Ltd., that manufactures and exports modern sarees and women dresses with innovative printed designs, have opted for stenter frames from Germany's Brückner, leading developer of machines for the coating of apparel fabric and technical textiles.
Laxmipati Sarees had installed one German-made Brückner stenter in early 2010. This line consists of eight drying chambers, has a vertical chain system and is designed for heat-setting of polyester fabric with high twist yarns at a maximum speed of 100 metres/minute. Experiencing the performance of this first machine,Indian textile firms Laxmipati Sarees, makers of polyester sarees and dress materials, and Ganga Fashions Pvt. Rakesh Sarawagi , the company's director, was keen to go with second Brückner machine. The new stenter frame will be utilised and will replace the old technology.
