Total net sales increased 5.2 per cent to $804.4 million in the reporting quarter from $764.4 million in the prior year's second quarter.
On a constant currency basis, total net sales rose 6.6 per cent, with an increase of 6.4 per cent in the North America business segment and a hike of 7.6 per cent in the international business segment.
GAAP operating income surged 92.7 per cent to $100.2 million in the quarter under review as compared to $52.0 million in the second quarter of 2015.
GAAP net income rose at 0.5 per cent to $21.3 million vis-à-vis $21.2 million in the previous year's same quarter.
