German textile technology supplier Monforts has made optionally available, a new advanced exhaust air cleaning module, suitable for fitting with the latest Montex 8500 stenter.

“Volatile oxygen compounds (VOC's) can also be filtered out with an additional UV-C system,” the company said.
Featuring a steel housing, the cleaner is fully integrated on top of the Montex stenter ensuring a space saving modular feature.
“It is able to fulfill most limitations related to hydro carbon, aerosol and smoke emissions; ensuring a minimum volume of filtered remainders,” Monforts added.
The highest efficiency operation with the heat recovery system is possible due to the fully integrated hydraulic heat exchangers at the inlet and outlet of the stenter. (AR)
