The new committee of the Bangladesh Cotton Association (BCA) led by president Muhammad Ayub called on foreign secretary Masud Bin Momen recently and urged for greater access to the international market and stronger price stability.

Momen asked the association to explore ways to manage future challenges as Bangladesh moves into the middle-income country domain.

Both sides expressed their desire to work together for exploring new markets and to strengthen supply chain solutions for the garment and textile sector, according to Bangla media reports.
