Big names as Associate Sponsors of F2F's 'Going Circular'

Several well-known companies from the textiles, garments and chemical segments, have associated themselves as Associate Sponsors of 'Going Circular', the 5th edition of Fibre2Fashion's Sustainability Compendium series. The compendium is Fibre2Fashion's contribution in transforming the existing textile-apparel-fashion system into a circular economy.

The discourse on sustainability is extremely contentious because the means to a sustainable world is not yet 'settled science'. In such a situation, what happens in the days ahead will depend on how various ideas coalesce, if at all, or how one holds sway over another.

By associating themselves with the Compendium, companies like Huntsman Textile Effects, Vardhman Group, Gokaldas Exports Ltd, and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited are contributing to the cauldron of ideas on how to move forward towards a circular economy.

The online version of 'Going Circular' showcases sustainability initiatives taken by various Indian and global companies, sustainable products launched by them, and their planned circularity initiatives.

Sustainable fashion is 'going circular'. Circular fashion is based on the fundamental principles of circular economy and sustainable development, and concerns the entire lifecycle of a fashion product-from design and sourcing, to production, transportation, storage, marketing and sale, as well as the user phase and the product’s end of life.
