All yarns offered by Cedaar have sustainability as the prime focus. Its yarns are made from 100 per cent organic materials and recycled fibres (both polyester and cotton).
In order to move towards green environment and conservation of natural resources, the company focuses on innovation, customer orientation, R&D, technology upgradation, digitalisation, ERP and continuous improvement.
“At the Cairo Fashion & Tex Expo, we are displaying yarns such as cotton melange, polyester-cotton melange, blended melange (cotton, polyester, acrylic, viscose, Tencel, modal), and specialty products like jespe, siro, neppy, slub, injection, grindle and snow,” Cedaar Textile director Rajesh Mittal told Fibre2Fashion.
When asked about their previous participation, Mittal said, “We are participating in this show for the first time, and we are expecting a good response from the exhibition due to the growing fabric and garment industry in Egypt and the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.”
Cairo Fashion & Tex is the first and only international exhibition specialised in yarn, textile, garment and it’s trimming supplies and accessories in Egypt. The event is being held since 1993 under the auspices of Egypt’s ministry of industry and commerce and all the industrial chambers.
