Q1 2024 Uzbek textile items exports worth $775.7 mn; destinations 55

Textile exports during the quarter increased by $247.4 million, or 14.7 per cent year on year (YoY). Textiles accounted for 12.2 per cent of the total exports—up by 0.9 per cent YoY.

The main share in exported textile products was of finished textile products (37.7 per cent) and yarn (46.8 per cent).

Exports of finished textile products, yarn, knitted fabrics, fabrics and hosiery were worth $292.5 million, $363.4 million, $69 million, $39.3 million and $11.5 million respectively, according to domestic media reports.
