The Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA), US trade association for advancement of suppliers of machinery, ancillary equipments, and services for the development and manufacturing of sewn products, has elected new leaders for two-year terms, at its Annual Executive Conference that was held November 4 and 5, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas.
Sam Simpson, vice president of Gerber Technology, has been appointed as the new chairman. Nina McCormack, vice president and chief financial officer of DAP America, Inc., has been appointed as the vice chairman. Ed Gribbin, president of Alvanon, Inc. will be the new secretary/treasurer.
