Unifi, a leading innovator in recycled and synthetic yarns, has announced the appointment of Craig A. Creaturo as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective September 9, 2019. Christopher A. Smosna, who has served as interim chief financial officer since December 2018, will continue his role as vice president and treasurer.
Creaturo recently served as chief financial officer and vice president-administration of Chromalox, an advanced thermal technologies manufacturing company, from February 2015 to March 2019. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer of II-VI Incorporated, a publicly traded global leader in engineered materials and opto-electronic components, from 2004 to 2014.
