Company’s operating income for H1 fell 24.5 per cent to ¥76.76 billion (Q2 FY19: ¥101.69 billion).

Gross profit for the six-month period was ¥322.65 million (¥346.00 million). Selling, general and administrative expenses were slightly up to ¥245.88 million (¥244.30 million). Whereas, net income for H1 FY20 slipped to ¥48.28 million (¥78.77 million).

Sales of Material segment decreased to ¥438.4 billion (¥560.2 billion). Homes sales were ¥338.7 billion (¥333.4 billion). Health Care segment sales jumped during H1 to ¥204.9 billion (¥167.6 billion).
