Profit before Tax for the quarter slipped to ₹22.86 crore (₹51.99 crore). Net profit attributable to the owners were ₹18.0 crore (₹34.77 crore).

Indo Count's manufacturing operations resumed in the last week of April 2020 following the gradual relaxation of lockdown conditions. Also, the retail stores in US and EU started regaining normalcy from June onwards, which helped group’s business gather momentum.
