The system uses full mechanical and logic integration with roving and spinning frames thus realising a superior and integrated spinning section and optimising overall coordination and effectiveness of roving and spinning operations, by a constant supply for spinning frames for full productivity of spindles.
The Integrated Bobbin Transport system can be tailored as per customer's particular process through Random Transport system and Block Creeling Transport system.
Under the Random Transport system the bobbins are carried by a closed-circuit overhead chain along the aisles between the spinning frames. This solution is suitable for high production spinning mills with uniform production programmes.
With the Block Creeling Transport system roving bobbins are brought to the reserve row of the spinning frame or directly inside the creel of the spinning frame by trolley trains, maximising overall automation and effectiveness of bobbin handling and transport operations.
Marzoli will also be introducing its new roving frames, FT60 and FT70, fully integrated with the Bobbin Transport system at ITMA 2015. (HO)
