Mini-logistics parks can also be established on five acres with similar infrastructure components through private investment and public-private partnerships.
To facilitate easy set up and operation, a single-window clearance system will be formed for such parks, the chief minister's office of the state said in a statement.
The bigger parks will be eligible for a capital subsidy of up to ₹7 crore, while mini ones will be eligible for up to ₹3 crore, the statement said.
Stamp duty and registration fees will be exempted while acquiring land for such parks and leasing, media reports from the state said.
A logistics coordination committee will be formed under the leadership of the chief secretary and a logistics cell will be constituted under the leadership of the principal secretary for industries.
State officials feel the state's extensive road network, the advantages of rail, port, and water transport, and the presence of international ports such as Vizhinjam and Kochi are favourable factors for the logistics sector.
