About Company

Kústers Calico Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing and installing the most affordable and excellent wet processing machines for Woven and Knit fabrics, worldwide since its inception in 1997. Starting off as a part of the Kusters Group of Germany, It delivered quality processing concepts to the global textile industry. Presently, it is a group company of Jagenberg AG, Germany.

Its solutions in each case is a testimony of their expertise in process know how, design, manufacturing, installation and servicing. Their quick and accurate response to after sales service and spares makes them the most favoured supplier to customers.

Product Innovations

• Swimming Rolls(S-Rolls) used in Kusters Dye Padders. The S Rolls are unique deflection controlled rollers which give even squeeze across the working width. This makes their Dye-Padders best in the world.
• Twin Shaft Applicator for chemical application before bleaching steamer. Specially designed to pick optimum amount of chemical for process like steaming for bleaching process.
• SteepMaster- a unique device for soaping during washing this mechanism helps soaping during dye wash or print wash operation. It allows adequate soaping time, soaps on both sides of fabric due to reversing arrangement and then allowing for agitation.

Manufacturing Unit

Kusters Calico has a sprawling manufacturing unit on 42 Acres land near Vadodara, right on NH-8, with modern manufacturing set up with shop floor area of nearly 70,000 square feet.
