Our efforts are regularly recognized by prestigious industry awards, such as the ICIS Best Business Innovation Award for our ONE WAY Sustainability Service (2013), the ICIS Innovation Award for our Advanced Denim dyeing concept (2012), the prestigious ICIS magazine acknowledging for the second year in a row our commitment and contribution to supporting sustainability. We received the EU “Ecolabel” for our 2012 Advanced Denim Illustration Collection, and we were recently shortlisted for the SDC (Society of Dyers and Colourists) Innovation award.

Not only do we strive to innovate with ever more sustainable technology, we also strive to implement these practices into our own production processes. Archroma has received the Global IQNet and SQS certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series).

An example of our commitment in action is the recent opening of our first sustainable effluent treatment (SET) facility in Jamshoro, Pakistan, which was recently distinguished by a Corporate Water Stewardship Award. The facility supports the substantial recovery of 80 percent of water and allows effluent treatment based on zero liquid discharge.

We touch and color people’s lives every day, everywhere. We want to do so in the most responsible way so as to build, together with our customers, a more sustainable textile industry.
