As early as 2003, there was a rapid growth in demand for Chinese textile and apparel OEM/ODM services in Japan. In response to this trend, China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) jointly initiated the CFF exhibition with the Japan-China Economic and Trade Center.
