RAW MATERIAL:
By Virtue of experience with the technical support of the latest machines available the best of raw material like MCU 5 & Shankar 6 in the mills.

MACHINERY:
To meet all the parameters in terms of international standards the management kept on modernizing its mills and the present equipment available is state-of-art machines in mills. We have quality testing equipments to test all parameters. Thus Veejay Lakshmi manufactures quality yarn to suit all requirements. With a vision in mind the company has diversified in textile related activities and set up knitting and processing plant. Veejay Lakshmi also entered into manufacturing of fashionable garments in the year 2006.

PRODUCTS:
Veejay Lakshmi Textiles manufactures the following.
a) 100% Cotton Carded Warp and Hosiery.
b) 100% Cotton Combed Warp and Hosiery.
c) Grey Knitted fabric in Single Jersey, Rib and Interlock.

QUALITY:
Veejay Lakshmi adheres to its quality policy to assure the best quality to its customers. Meticulous care is taken right from the selection of the raw-material, which is thoroughly hand cleaned to ensure zero contamination in the Yarn. Quality Parameters are strictly maintained and rechecked on quality-testing equipment like HVI, Classimat, while the process is on. All the Yarn Production capacities are auto-levelled, auto-coned and spliced.

The Mills are equipped with SIRO/Contamination cleaners to reduce the contamination and yarn conditioning Machines to maintain the required moisture content which in turn, enhances the quality in the downstream processing.
