We are Ethiopian based Cotton yarn manufacturer with one of the largest spinning facilities in East Africa.
At Present the factory has two operation lines:

Open End spinning (Rotor Spun) and Ring Frame spinning (Ring Spun), with a total manufacturing capacity of 10 tons Cotton yarn a day.

A) Rotor Spun Yarn carded
Material: 100% Cotton
Count range for Knitting: Ne 6 to 24
Cont range for weaving: Ne 6 to 30
Capacity per day Average: Ne 18 / 7000 Kgs

B) Ring Spun yarn carded
Material: 100% Cotton
Count range for Knitting: Ne 16 to 30
Cont range for weaving: Ne 16 to 40
Capacity per day Average: Ne 28 / 3000 Kgs

The Factory is well equipped with state of the art technology, Most of the machinery, various Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics equipment are sourced from renowned and most reliable Switzerland companies known as Rieter and Luwa. The winding machines are from Murata of Japan equipped with yarn cleaner Uster Quantum -2.

Our laboratory is also fully equipped with highly reputed Italian company known as Mesdan and ensures quality as per customer specification.

We can twist fully processed cotton yarn as per customers specific need.

We can wind 2kg-2.5 kg cotton yarn on cones for final delivery.

Our Quality standard is in Uster statistics between 5 to 25%.

Using most of the existing installed facilities, an immediate expansion program is underway to produce Combed Yarn and it also enhances the current capacity by 40%.

Port of shipment would be Djibouti.
