Profile / Brief Description :
We, INTERYARN, are an Egyptian spinning company and have just established a brand new mill for compact cotton spinning.
The new production line is delivered by Rieter and is crowned with the most up-to-date K-46 ring frames, controlled air cleanliness, automatic material transport, Savio Twinsplicers, foreign matter and polypropylene detectors and clearers ensure the lowest possible contamination thus keeping us on the high end of the modern compact spinning. The line consists of Rieter C70 cards, E85 combers, F16 roving frames and K46 compact ring frames with 20,000 spindles linked to Savio Polar I winders equipped with Twinsplicers and Loepfe Zenith clearers with PP detection. Our most up-to-date lab is equipped with Uster Tester 5, Uster AFIS, Uster Classimat and all the newest equipment from Mesdan and Textechno.
We use Giza 86 Egyptian cotton for the count range of Ne 50/1 to Ne 110/2. Finer counts are to be spun from Giza 92 Egyptian cotton. A copy of our yarn specification is enclosed.
Being located in New Borg El Arab City, close to Alexandria seaport (beside our existing acrylic spinning mill), we should have rapid delivery to European ports allowing us to have an extra advantage.
Recently we had got the Oeko-tex Certificate.
