We are proud of our own brand of nylon dyed textured yarn: NOVAR (Non-variation Hank Dyed Yarn).

NOVAR nylon dyed textured yarn surpasses traditional hank dye and cone dye, as it eliminates such drawbacks as uneven dyeing and too many joints in the process of manufacturing traditional hank yarn, as well as keeps the positive characteristic of high elasticity of hank yarn.

NOVAR nylon dyed textured yarn has the following characteristics:

1. Its color fastness is remarkable, with a minimum of level 4 or higher for all colors. In addition, there is no disparity of fastness between the internal, middle and external layers.

2. The dominant color percentage is high, with a negligible difference between internal and external layers.

3. The difference of crimp rigidity (CR) between the internal and external layers is negligible.

4. Almost without joints.

5. Physical property (low, middle, or high elasticity) can be arranged according to the client’s requirement.
