Key Features

• AVITERA^® SE has three reactive groups in each dye molecule instead of the usual two, which allow dye to fix quickly to fibers with a very small gap between exhausted and fixed dyestuffs, ensuring a higher yield.
• In conventional dyes, 60 to 80 per cent of the dye applied to cotton during dyeing is fixed, but in AVITERA^®SE, this is nearly 90 per cent.
• AVITERA^® SE reactive provide an exceptionally low-temperature, low resources consumption processing system for cellulosic fibers and their blends.
• AVITERA^® SE has excellent solubility, high diffusion and outstanding washing-off properties, making them suitable for application at ultra-short liquor ratios. Their low sensitivity to variations in liquor ratio, exhaustion and fixation time and temperature ensure that reprocessing is reduced to a minimum.

Benefits

• As the temperatures never exceed 60oC and the number of rinsing baths is greatly reduced, AVITERA^® SE can save more than 50 per cent of water, 70 percent of energy and 50 per cent of time.
• The use of AVITERA^® SE can reduce water consumption by 50% - meaning that only 15 to 20 liters of water are required to dye 1 kg of material.
• Predominantly, the cost saving is gained through a massive reduction in the amount of water and energy required for washing-off. With 5 per cent or less unfixed dye to be removed instead of the usual 15 to 30 per cent, the washing-off process can be drastically curtailed and requires only a fraction of the water and energy needed by conventional dyes.
• Alongside AVITERA^® SE - GENTLE POWER BLEACH™ could be used as a pretreatment to bring further improvement in results.

Gentle Power Bleach

GENTLE POWER BLEACE ™ is a novel peroxide bleaching pre-treatment system that uses breakthrough enzyme innovation for dependable, low-temperature textile bleaching at neutral pH. Lower treatment and rinsing temperatures enable water and energy consumption within pretreatment to be reduced by as much as 40%.

•  It allows low-temperature bleaching at 65oC (149oF) and at neutral pH.
•  GENTLE POWER BLEACH™ is unique because it brings a significant contribution
toward more sustainable textile fibre processing, whilst delivering textile goods with enhanced quality.

Benefits

• The use of GENTLE POWER BLEACH™ enables water and energy consumption to   be reduced up to 50 percent and improves productivity by 10%
• On regenerated cellulosic fibers in particular textile processors can reach excellent   full white levels.
• Since GENTLE POWER BLEACH™ uses no harsh chemicals:

1. It carries a much lower risk of crease marks appearing on sensitive fabrics such as cotton and Lycra, and there is better protection from fibre damage in delicate and expensive fabrics such as viscose, modal, Tencel and their blends.
2. Fabric weight loss is reduced, color yield is increased, and shades are brighter.

Digital Textile Printing

1. NOVACRON NC/S
• NOVACRON NC/S are advanced dyeing systems for pale and very deep shade   dyeing. They exhibit excellent right-firsttime (RFT) performance, especially for   sensitive colours such as Navy, Bordeaux, Dark Brown, Dark Chocolate and Olive.

2. ERIOFAST^® and TERASIL^®
•  ERIOFAST^® and TERASIL^® are two world-renowned dyes developed specifically for the specialized synthetic market.
•  Both have a wide shade range and have some of the best wet and light fastness properties in their class.

3. ERIOFAST^®-micro

• ERIOFAST^®-micro is an exhaust dyeing process that achieves deep shades and outstanding wash fastness, even at the highest temperatures encountered in home and industrial laundering. It is able   to avoid yellowing during transportation and the molding process.

4. ERIOFAST^® Black
• ERIOFAST^® Black is a dye that achieves the highest wet fastness and   outstanding light fastness   levels on Polyamide/Elastane (PA/EL) fiber blends.
• It can be combined with ERIONAL^® ELA for optimum level performance.

5. ERIONAL^® ELA
•  ERIONAL^® ELA is a new dyeing auxiliary that improves the shade depth of EL  fibers in blends with PA colored with ERIOFAST^®Black M by providing higher build up and maximum fastness on PA elastane blends.

•  It achieves excellent tone results on lacey lingerie and underwear with high elastane content and saves costs through fewer reworks and complaints.

Lanasol CE Chrome Free Dyes

LANASOL® CE Chrome Free Dyes is an innovation range of metal-free reactive dyes for wool that adheres to REACH (Registration Evaluation Authorisation and Restrictions of Chemicals) .)

• These dyes have very good fiber levelness, high fastness (including outstanding wet   fastness), and excellent reproducibility. The dyes also   ensure that the wool fiber is fully   preserved and leave the finished article with a pleasant handle.
• The range has been designed for exhaust dyeing of untreated, chlorinated and machine washable wool at all processing stages, especially loose stock, slubbing and yarn. The dyes are also suitable for dyeing silk, vigoureux printing, colored discharge printing of wool, continuous dyeing and direct printing.
•  The CE suffix in the LANASOL^® CE range was coined specifically to signify: Concern for the Environment, Chrome Exchange and Cost   Effectiveness.
•  The use of LANASOL^® CE is also in line with IWTO'S campaign "Sustainability,
  Guaranteed by Wool".
